摘要
针对一新型表面处理工艺 ,设计了一种符合工艺要求、可输出双向不对称脉冲的高压脉冲电源实现电路。该电源的脉冲幅度、脉冲频率、脉冲占空比均可在一定范围内连续可调 ,并为此设计了以单片机为核心的智能控制电路。为保证控制电路在电源中可靠工作 。
This paper introduces the design of high voltage low current pulse power supply with two polarities, which is used in a new type chemical surface disposal. The amplitude of pulses of the negative and positive polarities can be regulated to difference. And the amplitude and width of the both pulses, the frequency and the duty ratio can be regulated continuously by microprocessor in a given scope. To ensure the control circuit working exactly, some measures are taken including the excessive current and voltage protection which are carried out by microprocessor.
