摘要
本文阐述了新世纪内地县级图书馆生存与发展中的三个突出问题 ,即办馆条件问题、现行体制问题、服务效益问题 ,提出了相应的对策。
This is a paper mainly on the three outstanding problems of the existence and development of the libraries in the inland counties in the new century.That is ,the problems of factors of running a library,the present policies,the service and its economic benefit.The author also puts forward his own ideas of the phenomenon and reasons that cause these problems.
