摘要
经济法学者认为 ,经济法最基本的属性就是它体现了国家运用法律对社会经济生活的干预。经济法的国家观虽有适应当代经济发展的一面 ;但从理论渊源、现实基础和本位思想上看 ,有极其陈旧的一面。经济法的国家观应从法域观、利益观、权力观三方面进行更新。
The basic nature of the economic law is the state's legal interventionto the social economic life. Although the state outlook of the economic law has oneside of adapting to the current market economical development, there still existsanother outmoded side in the theoretical source, actual base and selfish thought.The state outlook of economic law should be renewed from three aspects of law scopeoutlook, interest outlook and power outlook.
