摘要
目的:防治诺维本致渗漏引起组织坏死和静脉炎的发生,通过对3例发生渗漏患者采用:局部生理盐水快速冲管,稀释药液浓度,减少药物对血管壁及皮下组织的刺激;冰敷马铃薯贴敷每小时交替连续24h,再用马铃薯贴敷72h;必要时封闭疗法。治疗效果满意,无静脉炎发生。
In order to prevent and care the tissue necrosis and phlebitis caused by NVB effusion injury, we used the following methods for three effusion injury patients. Quick irrigation of local blood vessel with normal saline to dilute liquid concentration and reduce the iritation to vessel wall and subcutaneous tissue; Potato ice compress every other hour for 24 hours, then using potato-mounting method for 72 hours; and essential block therapy.
