桥联 β 环糊精 (bridgedβ cyclodextrins)作为典型的新型超分子化合物 ,表现出独特的包结行为。近年来在人工仿酶、分子识别、药物载体及色谱分离等方面获得广泛应用。本文从合成角度出发 。
As new supramolecular compounds, bridged β-cyclodextrins have shown the unique inclusion behavior, and been widely applied in modeling enzymes, molecular recognition, drug delivery and chromatography separation.In this paper, the advance in the synthesis of the bridged cyclodextrins was reviewed, and their development was prospected.
