摘要
目的探讨指标化管理在癌痛规范化药物治疗中的作用,为临床药师的用药干预工作提供参考。方法根据癌痛规范化药物治疗的要求设定7项质控指标,依据各项指标要求进行用药干预,并将癌痛镇痛治疗纳入专项处方点评,对连续10个季度各项指标达标率的动态变化情况进行统计分析。结果设定的7项质控指标中4项指标的整体达标率明显提高(P<0.01),其他3项指标较容易达标,达标率无明显变化(P>0.05)。剂量个体化指标达标难度最大,动态疼痛评估的两项指标及给药途径指标的达标率波动较大。结论在癌痛规范化药物治疗管理中,指标化管理具有目标明确、可操作性强突出、作用明显等特点,具有一定的推广价值。
AIM To discussion the effect of indication administration in the standardized medication of cancer pain and to provide reference for clinical pharmacists in medication intervention. METHODS Totally 7quality control indicators were set according to the requirement of the standardized medication of cancer pain,and medication intervention was gaven on the basis of each indicator. The analgesic therapy of cancer pain was brought into the special comments of prescription and the dynamic change of the standard rate in the continuous 10 quarters was analysed. RESULTS The overall compliance rate of the 4 indicators increased gradually( P < 0. 01),the rest3 indicators can be reached easily,and the rate of the change was indistinctive( P > 0. 05). Reaching the standard of the indicator of individual dose was most difficult,the standard rate of the two indicators of dynamic pain assessment and the indicator of the route of administration fluctuated more. CONCLUSION Indication administration in the standardized medication of cancer pain has some characteristics such as well-targeted,strong operability and obvious effect,and it is worthy of generalizing.
