摘要
用不同汞离子浓度处理小麦种子,在0.05mmol/L浓度时,种子发芽率及种子萌发过程中α-淀粉酶活性显著下降。幼苗生长势在0.01-0.05mmol/L汞离子浓度时,受到抑制。根系对汞离子的敏感性比茎叶大,同时根系过氧化物酶活性提高的幅度较大。它可以作为低浓度汞离子污染监测的指标之一。
Wheat seeds were treated with different concentration of Hg2+ ion. The results revealed that the rate of germination and the activity of α-starch enzymes were reduced prominently when the ion concentration was 0.05mmol/L. At 0.01-0.05mmol/L level of the heavy metal ion, the growth potential of young bud was inhibited.The root system was more sensitive to heavy metal ion than that of stem and leaf at the same concentration of the ion. Meanwhile,the risen range of activity of peroxidase of root system was higher increased. The results can be used for the monitoring index of pollution of low concentration of Hg2+.
