摘要
目的 对医疗保险与非医疗保险住院病例医疗费用进行比较 ,分析医保病例的费用特点及相适应的费用控制办法。方法 分析病人住院信息数据 ,对医保病人的社会学特征、病情特征及费用特征进行统计描述 ,同时对相同病种病情条件下的医保病例和非医保病例进行了配对费用比较分析。结果 医保病人费用偏高 ,但与其病种病情有关。结论 控制医保病人的医疗费用 ,特别是药费 。
Objective To analyze the character of medical expense of the cases with medical insurance and seek for a right controlling measure on the basis of comparing the medical expense of the cases with medical insurance and with non-medical insurance. Methods To analyze the data of in-patient and describe their statistical characters in society, disease and expense. And to conduct paired comparative analysis of expense of the cases with medical insurance and with non-medical insurance in the same condition. Results Medical expense of the cases with medical insurance is higher, but it correlates to the cases characters in disease and severity. Conclusion It is an effective method in occupying the medical insurance market for hospital to control the medical expense, especially the drug expense of the patient with medical insurance.
