外部热辐射对材料燃烧性能影响的实验研究 被引量:47

Experimental Study on Effects of Burning Behaviours of Materials Caused by External Heat Radiation

摘要 采用基于耗氧量原理的锥形量热计对木材、PVC以及聚氨酯泡沫塑料在不同热辐射条件下的热释放速率、平均释热速率、点燃时间、CO/CO2生成率和烟气的减光性等燃烧特性进行了研究.实验结果表明,不同材料表现出不同的点燃性、热释放速率及烟气生成特征,并进行了初步的理论探讨. Burning characteristics,such as the heat release rate,the average heat release rate,time to ignition,yield of CO/CO2 and light extinction of wood,PVC and polyurethane are tested at different external heat radiation level with a cone calorimeter,which based on the oxygen consumption theory.Test results show that different materials have different burning characteristics.This paper also presents some primary theoretic analysis of these test results.
