摘要
针对机床夹具标准件库的建立 ,将标准件分为标准元件、典型组合和标准结构三个层次 ,采用种子零件的方法建立标准元件库 ,在标准元件库中除了记录几何特征信息外 ,还记录了具有工程含义的属性信息 ,使标准元件的信息完备 ,以满足夹具设计全过程对信息的需求。为建立典型组合和标准结构库 ,提出了基于装配模型的智能动态建库方法 ,设计了无冗余建库结构 ,实现了典型组合和标准结构装配的智能化和自动化。根据以上方法在 U G平台上用 UG/ API和 Oracle数据库建立了夹具三维标准件库 ,种子零件、参数数据和属性信息等存储在服务器端的数据库中 ,在客户端动态生成并调用标准件库。该三维标准件库在开发的夹具 CAD系统中应用 。
For the establishment of standard fixture parts library, standard parts are divided into 3 hierarchies: standard element part, typical component, and standard structure. The seed part are used in order to establish standard part library with full information, thus the information requirements during fixture design process are met. A new method is proposed in order to establish the intelligent and dynamic library of typical component and standard structure. The intelligence and automation of assembling is realized through the design of the structure of library with non redundance. A standard parts library of fixture is established with UG/API and Oracle database. Seed parts, feature parameters, attributes information and so on are stored in server database, and the standard parts are dynamically used in client computers. This library has been used in fixture CAD system with satisfactory result.
