摘要
阐述了利用自行设计的装置测量电磁搅拌下水银流场的过程 ,并以此来模拟制备钢铁半固态流变浆料时熔融的金属流体的流场行为。结果表明 :在合适的搅拌频率下 ,随着输入电压的增大 ,金属流体的转速增大 ;电磁搅拌下旋转的金属流体中存在角速度差 ,而且随着输入电压的增大 ,角速度差更明显 ,电磁搅拌更显著。
We have developed a measuring equipment to examine the mercury flowing process with electromagnetic stirring for simulating the flow behavior of steel\|iron slurry in semi solid rheoforming. The results showed that rotating speed of metal fluid increased with raising the input voltage under a proper stirring frequency. There exists an angular speed difference in rotating metal fluid under electro magnetic stirring. Once more, with the increase in input voltage, angular speed difference was more obvious and stirring effects were more remarkable.
