摘要
通过应用INTECAST铸造数值模拟软件对充型和凝固过程的模拟仿真,实现了铸造工艺的优化设计。同时应用多个实例介绍了INTECAST软件进行铸造过程模拟的基本原理和过程。
Cast filling and solidifying process are simulated with INTECAST, cast numerical simulation software so that design of casting process is optimized. Several examples are presented to illustrate the basic principle and simulating process for casting with the software.
