摘要
以冬枣为材料 ,研究了 (0± 1)℃条件下用 Ca Cl2 和 GA3处理对枣果采后衰老和膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明 ,与以清水为对照相比 ,10 g/L Ca Cl2 ,5 0 μg/L GA3和 10 g/L Ca Cl2 +5 0 μg/L GA3处理枣果 ,能抑制枣果 POD、SOD以及 CAT活性下降 ,降低丙二醛 (MDA)积累 ,从而抑制枣果的成熟衰老。其中
The Chinese jujube fruit was used to study the effect of CaCl 2 and GA 3 on senescence and activated oxygen metabolism of postharvest jujube fruits.10 g/L CaCl 2,50 μg/L GA 3 and 10 g/L CaCl 2+50 μg/L GA 3 were handled on jujube fruits after harvest.The result showed that the decreasing rate of the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and peroxidase restrained the accumulation of MDA.So the ripening and senescence of fresh jujube were delayed.The effect of postharvest jujube fruits which were handled by GA 3 is more obvious than others.
