摘要
采用原位分析技术研究了连铸板坯较大范围内的成分分布、偏析、疏松、夹杂和其他缺陷的分析方法。阐明了原位分析技术相对于传统的其他方法在定量的准确性、结果的直观性和分析速度等方面的独特之处和优势。
The fundamental principles and analytical methods of the original position analysis (OPA) with spark source spectrometry are introduced.The application of such a technique is exemplified by the analysis for determination of concentration distribution of elements,segregation of elements and defect discrimination on bloom sample surface.It is demonstrated that the OPA with spark spectrometry is unique and superior to other traditional spectrometric methods in its precision of measurement,speed of analysis and visual representation of results.
