摘要
目的 :从鸢尾属植物薄叶鸢尾 (IrisleptophyllaLingel.)根茎中分离出黄酮类化合物。方法 :采用80 %乙醇提取 ,硅胶柱层析及重结晶等方法从鸢尾属植物薄叶鸢尾中分离其化学成分。通过波谱及化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果 :分离得到 8个化合物 ,其中 5个为异黄酮类成分 ,分别为 :次野鸢尾黄素irisflorentin(Ⅰ )、德鸢尾苷元irilone(Ⅱ )、野鸢尾苷iridin(Ⅲ )、鸢尾苷tectoridin(Ⅳ )、德鸢尾苷irilone 4′ glucoside(Ⅴ ) ,其余 3个化合物分别为胡萝卜苷 (Ⅵ )、β 谷甾醇 (Ⅶ )、十八烷基酸 (Ⅷ )。这些化合物都为在该植物中首次发现。
To study the chemical constituents of Iris leptophylla Extracted with 80% alcohol,isolated b y column chromatograph y on sili ca gel, purified by crystallization etc. Eight compoun ds were isol ated from Iris leptophylla ,five of which are isoflavones.On the basis of the phy sical properties and spectral data,the structures were identified as irisflore ntin, irilone, iridin, tectoridin and ir ilone 4′ gluc oside respectvily.The others are daucosterol, β sitosterol(Ⅶ) and eighteen alkyl acid All of these eight compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
