摘要
通过对103例患者及家属进行有关胰岛素理论知识、胰岛素注射方法、部位选择及注意事项、注射前准备及胰岛素的保存等知识的教育,使94.1%患者对胰岛素的认识和接受胰岛素的态度有了明显的改变,从以前的被动接受转变为现在的主动参与。96.1%患者掌握了正确的胰岛素注射方法,从而有效避免了因注射不当造成的胰岛素吸收速率不同,血糖控制不稳定的人为因素和感染、硬结的发生,为有效地控制血糖创造了良好的条件。
In this project,103diabetes patients toget he r with their families received health education on insulin knowledge,methods of insulin injection,selection of position for injection,relevant precautions,prepa ration before injection,and storage of insulin.As a result,94.1%of them changed their attitudes towards insulin from knowing it to accepting it,from passively t o actively and96.1%of them learned how to inject it so as to avoid varied intake rate as well as unstable control of blood sugar and prevent infection and indur ation.
