摘要
超宽带无线通信技术是一种全新的无线电技术 ,超宽带信号的产生和接收是超宽带无线通信的一项关键技术之一。而用高速 MOSFET管构成的 H桥电路驱动大电流辐射天线可产生超宽带脉冲信号 ,并能完成信息的正反调制 ,对电路用 Pspice8.0进行仿真 ,制作出实际的电路。实验表明该脉冲发生器可以产生纳秒级脉冲。
The Ultra-Wide Band technology is the latest radio technology and the significant advancement of wireless communication. The generating and receiving method of UWB signals is one of the key techniques of UWB technology. This paper introduces the realization method of a UWB antipodal modulation generator with LCR (Large Current Radiator) to be driven by H bridge circuit of high speed MOSFETS. Pspices8.0 is used in the simulation and designing of the circuit. The realization method of this circuit is presented in detail. The experiment results show that the pulses generator has the ability to produce nanosecond UWB pulses.
