镁抗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展 被引量:27

摘要 镁是人体必需的矿物元素 ,有许多极为重要的生理生化作用。近年来 ,随着心血管疾病发病率的增高 ,镁与动脉粥样硬化 (AS)之间的关系日益引起人们重视。AS是一种与血脂异常及血管壁成分改变有关的动脉疾病 ,确切病因至今不清 ,高血脂、高血压和遗传等被视为危险因素。多项动物实验表明 ,镁具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用 ,其机制可能是降低血脂、保护血管、对抗自由基的生成、减少脂质过氧化物的产生、影响体内某些激素的水平等 ,但对于人类 ,此方面研究甚少。因此 ,深入研究镁的生物学效应 。 Magnesium, as the necessary mineral element of human being, has a lot of important physiological functions. With the increase of incident rate of cardiovascular diseases, people are pay more attention to the relationship between magnesium and atherosclerosis(AS). AS is a kind of disease, with the abnormality of lipemia and blood vessel elements, which endangers human health seriously. However, the cause of AS is still not clear. Hyperlipidemia, hypertension and heredity are considered as the dangerous factors. Many animal experiments show that magnesium has the anti-As effect .The mechanisms of it may be reducing lipemia, protecting blood vessel, decreasing free radical and lipid-peroside and effecting the level of hormone. But the research on human being is seldom reported. Further investigating the biological actions of magnesium will offer new methods to the AS therapy of human being.
