摘要
目的 了解ICU护士工作中主要的压力来源、压力的程度和应对方式 ,为护理管理者有效地帮助护士减轻工作压力提供依据。方法 采用问卷调查法对北京市 5所医院ICU的 82名护士的工作压力源及应对方式进行调查分析。结果 护理专业及工作方面的问题 ,工作量及时间分配问题 ,患者护理方面的问题护士感到压力较高 ;环境及资源方面的问题 ,管理及人际关系方面的问题护士感到压力一般。对工作量及时间分配问题 ,患者护理方面的问题在最低年龄组和最高年龄组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。在对压力较高的前 10个具体压力源的应对方式中 ,选择压抑和选择性疏忽者居多。结论 护理管理者应注意 :充分运用激励机制 ;掌握护理人员的心理健康状态有针对性地采取心理管理 ;根据成长与发展的不同阶段作好人员管理。
Objective To explore sources, extent and effective coping of job stress in ICU nurses and provide scientific basis for working out coping ways of relieving job stress of ICU nurses effectively.Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted in 82 nurses from 5 hospitals in Beijing.Results Professional and career issues, workload and allocation of time, patient care and interaction were the major sources of stress;working environment, interpersonal relationships and management were general problems causing stress. There were significant differences concerning workload, time allocation and patient care and interaction between the minimum age group and the maximum age group (P<0.05). Of the first 10 ways of coping with stress, self constraint or negligence were predominant.Conclusion The above findings suggest that taking advantage of incentive mechanisms, specific psychological management and individualized personnel management are of crucial importance in reducing job stress of nurses.
