摘要
目的 :研究综合性康复治疗对颅脑外伤恢复的作用。方法 :14例颅脑外伤患者除一般常规神经外科治疗外 ,采用康复训练、高压氧和针刺治疗。分别于治疗前后进行GCS、FMA、Barthel及Sheikh评定 ,比较治疗前后的变化。结果 :14例患者综合性康复治疗后 ,GCS、FMA、Barthel及Sheikh评定与治疗前比较有明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :综合性康复治疗能显著提高颅脑外伤患者的治疗效果。
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for the patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods:14 cases of cranio cerebral trauma were subjected to the rehabilitation training supplemented with cranilcerelralhyperbaric oxygen and acupuncture in addition to routine neurosurgical operation. Before and after treatment, GCS, FMA, Barthel and Sheikh were assessed and compared. Results: After comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, the degree of coma, limbs motion, trunk motion and activities of daily living were improved significantly ( P <0.01). Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective on the patients with cranio cerebral trauma.
