摘要
目的 :通过对几种不同的溶出度测定装置的设计和实验比较 ,研究栓剂溶出度的检查方法。方法 :利用自行设计的两种方法和德国 H.W.Dibbern等人提出的“横置旋转渗透池系统”进行方法研究 ,并通过实验确定实验方法。结果 :横置旋转渗透池系统具有结构合理 ,实验重演性高 ,受外界影响因素小的特点。结论 :栓剂溶出度检查方法对于控制栓剂质量非常重要 。
Objective: The different dissolution test methods for suppositories were studied. The apparatuses were devised by Dr. Dibbern and by Mr. Liu Shuchun. Method: Studied on the methods of own designing and Dr. Dibbern's, then selected the comfortable method. Result: Dibbern's method was conformed it is a useful measuring method for drug release from a suppository. Its reproducibility of the release curves was acceptable. A few of factors in circumstance could effect the result. Conclusion: It is important to establish a dissolution test method for a measure of quality control of suppositories.
