摘要
本文利用基因型值相关阵和表型均值相关阵所进行的聚类分析研究了玉米自交系的性状及分类。结果表明:两种聚类方法各有利弊;除了穗重、穗长、穗行数、行粒数、百粒重等性状以外,还要加强雄穗分枝、生育期和株高的选择。根据聚类结果,55个玉米自交系可划分为五大类群。
Plant characters and classification of inbred lines in corn were studied by using two
kinds of cluster analyzing methods——genotypic value matrix and phenotypic mean's matrox.
Three characters(brands of tassel,sterile time and plant height)must be selected strongly besides
weight and length of ear,seed number of row,ear rows and 100 weight.Five classes were classified
by the cluster results.
