摘要
采用模拟方法研究了顺酐装置非水溶剂吸收的工艺过程。通过建立数学模型和拟定工艺条件得到计算值,与国外工业装置溶剂吸收工艺的设计值作对比,计算值与设计值基本吻合。根据变化的工艺要求改变初始条件进行模拟,与初始结果对比表明:采用顺酐-DIBE体系比顺酐-DBPT体系吸收效果好;提高正丁烷进料浓度会使吸收效果更加理想。分析吸收塔进料温度变化、溶剂流量变化的影响,明确溶剂吸收工艺的控制关键是吸收塔的控制。
PRO/Ⅱ version 51 simulation software was used to set up mathematical model and to simulate and analyze MAN absorption process when conditions were changing.By comparison of calculated results with corresponding design values of actual plant,the simulation proved to be satisfactory.(1)?Gas-liquid equilibrium of MAN-DIBE system was predicted by UNIFAC method.Comparing calculated absorption results of MAN-DIBE system with MAN-DBPT system showed DIBE was better than DBPT as solvent.(2)?Increase of concentration of butane feed to the oxidation reactor from 18% to 24% resulted in much better absorption.(3)?Simulating changes of absorption column feed temperature and solvent flow rate indicated absorption column control was the key in the recovery process of MAN.
