砂型铸造金属模具的激光直接制造

摘要 砂型铸造金属模具的工艺特点如带有起模斜度、圆角过度等特点,都适于激光直接制造技术的应用。采用激光直接制造技术可实现材料的性能梯度,从而满足模具局部特殊的性能要求。与传统模具铸造工艺相比,激光直接制造工艺的成本低、工期短,且能形成复杂模具。 According to the technical characteristics of the metallic pattern with taper,transition filleted corner and so on in sand casting process, Laser Direct Manufacture (LDM) technology can be applied to manufacture this kinds of metallic patterns. It can also realize the property grads of material and meet the need of the special request for the performance of local material.Compared with the conventional technology of the pattern manufacture,LDM method has low cost, saving time and can form intricate pettern.
