摘要
研究了以季铵盐A-1作催化剂,KMnO_4作氧化剂,催化氧化邻、对位氯代甲苯,合成邻、对位氯代苯甲酸的反应。在优化反应条件,即反应物料比为n(氯代甲苯):n(KMnO_4): n(A-1):n(H_2O)≈1:2.6: 0.05:300(物质的量比),反应温度为93℃,反应时间为2.5h,在中性条件下进行反应,邻、对位氯代苯甲酸的产率分别可达76.4%、76.9%。实验结果表明,季铵盐A-1对此反应是一种优良的相转移催化剂。
The catalytic synthesis of σ, p-chlorobenzoic acids with phase transfer catalyst (PTC), quaternaty ammonium salt A-1,is reported. The optimal reaction condi- tions were that the molar ratio of chlorotoluene to KMnO4 to A-1 to H2O was about 1: 2. 6:0. 05 :300,the reation temperature and time were 93℃ and 2. 5h respectively and the reaction was carried out in neutral system. The yield ofσ, p-chlorobenzoic acids were as high as 76.9% and 76.4% respectively.
