摘要
用文献资料法、调查访问法、录像资料法等科研方法对我国参加的 3次世界健美操锦标赛的成绩及表现进行分析研究 ,指出目前我国竞技健美操运动存在的主要问题 ,以及产生这些问题的原因 ,并提出一些未来发展的建议 ,以期为我国竞技健美操运动的发展提供参考依据。
With relevant material,investigation,ect,the author researches the present situation of Chinese Competitive Calisthenlcs,and finds the main problem of ours Calisthenics,then provide Some Countermeasures for its future development
