摘要
本文从研究所科研管理的角度出发,依据较翔实的统计资料,对“七五”计划期间科学活动的投入与产出进行了综合分析。结果表明:该所取得了良好的科学活动效益,但科技开发工作必须进一步加强。
Starting from the angle of scientific research management and basing on full and accurate statistical data, the investment and products of the scientific activity during the period of 'Seventh Five year Plan' ar eanalysed synthetically in this paper. The objective evaluation is that good benefit of scientific activity is achieved in this institute, but the work of scientific and technological development should be further strengthened.
