摘要
根据钢丝绳断丝的漏磁检测原理,利用单片霍尔元件检测钢丝绳断丝漏磁的特性,推导出采用霍尔元件列沿钢丝绳周向均匀布置实现无漏检检测时元件的布置方法和最佳元件数计算式.根据钢丝绳结构特征,提出以提高检测信号信噪比和减少输出检测通道数为目的的多元件组合检测方法以及各元件间的最佳组合、布置方法.
Based on the principle of leakage flux test for broken wires in wire ropes, the characteristic parameters with single Hall element including the longitudinal resolution, the signal-to-noise ratio of testing signals and the formula for the optimum number of Hall elements are derived when the elements arrary is installed uniformly around the periphery. The combined test method with multiple elements for improving the signal-to-noise ratio of testing signals and reducing the number of output channels as well as the optimum combining the installing method of Hall elements is proposed.
