孵化水体pH值对异育银鲫胚胎发育的影响 被引量:6

摘要 用静水孵化法,探讨了孵化用水pH值在5.5~10.0时异育银鲫(Carassiusauratus gibelio)受精卵的发育情况。结果表明,水温为(21±2)℃、pH8.0时,异育银鲫胚胎发育时间最短,为92.8 h,孵化率和成活率最高,分别为65.6%和98.3%;pH为5.5和10.0时,孵化率最低,分别为47.7%和47.4%。 Embryonic development of Carassius auratus gibelio were studied in the standing water with pH values ranging 5. 5-10. 0. The results showed the fastest speed of the embryonic develop-ment(92. 8 h) was at pH8. 0. Furthermore,the hatching rate and survival rate were the highest, which reached 65% and 98. 3% respectively. The lower hatching rates (47. 7% and 47. 4%)ware at pH5. 5 and pH10. 0.
