摘要
介绍了医院图书馆的现状 ,论述了现代医院对图书馆的要求 ,提出了网络环境下医院图书馆的发展策略 ,即转变观念 ,重新定位图书馆员的角色和馆藏内涵 ,抓住服务创新核心 ,走数字化、网络化。
The status quo of hospital libraries is introduced, and the requirement of modern hospitals to the libraries is discussed. The strategy of developing hospital libraries in the networked environment is proposed, which includes transferring concepts, relocating the position of librarians' role and collection connotation, focusing on creative service, and taking the road of digitalized, networked and characterized development.
