摘要
测量了几种大粒径电流变液(ERF)样品在施加交、直流电场前后光透过率的改变。通过对较大粒径的ERF光透过率变化的对比分析,取得了ERF光透过率的有价值的数据。数据表明:质量体积比为0.1%的TiO2和Si油组成的ERF光透过率的改变最高可达26%;且粒径越小,光透过率改变越大。实验表明:大粒径ERF光透过率的改变,同液体浓度、粒径大小以及颗粒对光的吸收率关系密切。
The changes of transparence of electrorheological fluid(ERF) with bigsized particles have been measured before and after putting on a.c.and d.c. respectively.After analyzing and comparing the changes,some valuable data have beeng gotten about ERF.The reveal that the most change of transparence of ERF in which the ratio of qualityvolumn of TiO2 and Si oil is 0.1 % can reach 26 %;the small the size is,the great the change is.The test shown that the change of transparence of ERF with bigsized particles related closely to the dentisy of fluid,the size of the particles and the absorbancy.on the optic characters of ERF with bigsized particles.
