In order to advance the atmosphere of English study in medical staff, the author briefly introduced the method and experience on making routine rounds patients in English and gave experience. Such as organizing strictly, cooperating at all levels, viewing and emulating, unifying the standard, selecting the member of review committee, examining seriously.
