摘要
简述了化工设备硫化亚铁的产生及其危害性 ,比较了目前预防硫化亚铁自燃的几种方法。由钝化清洗剂的作用进而介绍了FZC -1型硫化亚铁清洗剂在扬子石化加氢裂化装置的应用情况。应用结果表明 :选择化学清洗预防硫化亚铁自燃 ,效果明显 ,且无腐蚀、无污染 ,简单。
The form and hazard of ferrous sulfide in chemical eˉquipment are briefly discussed and some ways of preventing auˉtoignition of ferrous sulfide are compared.Based on the effect of cleaning medias,the utilized results of FZC-1type cleaning media of ferrous sulfide in hydrogen cracking equipment of Yangzi Petroˉchemical are introduced and.The result showed that by using chemical cleaning media to prevent autoignition of ferrous sulfide,the effect is obviously good with no corrosion,no pollution,and simple and quickly.
