利用啤酒糟发酵生产纤维素酶的菌种选育 被引量:1

摘要 以长柄木霉M1为出发菌株,通过物理和化学诱变,获得一株纤维素酶高产菌株C9,此菌株在以啤酒糟为主要原料的培养基上固态发酵,CMC酶活比出发菌株高出90%以上。 Through physical and chemical mutagenesis of Trichoderma longbrachitum M1, a high cellulase producing strain C9 was obtained. This strain was able to perform solid-state fermentation on the beer spent grains as the main raw material, and CMC activity was 90%higher than that of the parent strain.
