摘要
左冠状动脉肺动脉起源畸形为少见的先天性心脏病,婴幼儿和成人患者病理生理机制不同,临床表现也大相径庭。彩色超声心动图等无创性方法有利于该病诊断,但确诊仍需冠脉造影检查。目前主张积极手术治疗,疗效良好。
