当归中藁苯内酯类化合物的分离与结构鉴定 被引量:24

摘要 目的 :研究当归药理活性的物质基础。方法 :首先用色谱法分离化学成分 ,用波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 :从岷当归根乙醇提取物中分离到 5个化合物 ,经光谱分析分别鉴定为 :(Z) 藁苯内酯 ,(Z) 6 ,7 环氧藁苯内酯 ,(Z) 6 ,7 反式 二羟基藁苯内酯 ,(E) 6 ,7 反式 二羟基藁苯内酯和当归酸 (Z) 藁苯内酯 11 醇酯 (11 an geloylsenkyunolideF)。 结论 :当归酸 (Z) 藁苯内酯 11 Objective: To find out substance basis of pharmacological activities of Angelica sinensis . Method: Chromatographic methods were used to isolate the chemical components, and spectroscopic methods were used to identify their structures. Result: Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Angelica sinensis . Their structures were identified as :( Z ) ligustilide,( Z ) 6,7 epoxyligustilide, ( Z ) 6,7 cis dihydroxyligustilide, ( E ) 6,7 cis dihydroxy ligustilide and 11 angeloylsenkyunolide F. Conclusion: 11 angeloylsenkyunolide F was obtained from Angelica sinensis for the first time.
