摘要
论述了铁系磷化的机理、特点及工艺。介绍了国外新开发的取代铁系磷化的锆盐处理工艺。讨论了促进剂及金属离子对铁系磷化膜耐蚀性的影响 ,同时还介绍了新开发的耐蚀铁系磷化工艺。
The mechanism, features and processes of iron phosphating are discussed. Zirconium pretreatment process, a substitute for iron phosphating, newly developed abroad, is described. The effects of accelerator and metal ions on the corrosion resistance of iron phosphate coating are discussed. A new corrosion resistant iron phosphating process developed by the authors is also presented.
