摘要
新时代党建创新是实现党的初心和使命的必然要求。理解新时代党建创新有三个重要维度,即价值维度、历史维度和实践维度。价值维度是指党建创新的重要价值;历史维度是指党建创新的实践历程;实践维度是新时代推进党建创新基本思路。表现在:思想理论创新是党建创新的思想先导;坚持党的性质和宗旨是党建创新的根本目的;"关键少数"是党建创新的关键因素;党员积极参与是党建创新的重要动力;允许试点和容忍错误是党建创新顺利推进的重要保障。
The Party building innovation in the new era has three important dimensions: value dimension, historicaldimension, and practice dimension. The first dimension is an important value for the party building innovation;thesecond one is the practice progress of the party building innovation;the third one is the basic way for us to promotethe party building innovation in the new era. Ideological and theoretical innovation is the ideological forerunner ofparty building innovation. Upholding the nature and purpose of the party is the fundamental purpose of innovation inparty building. 'Key minority' is the key factor of party building innovation. The active participation of partymembers is the major power of party building innovation. Allowing trial and tolerating mistakes are importantguarantees for the smooth progress of party building innovation.
