摘要
履带式联合收割机具有越障性好,对松软、潮湿土壤作业适应性强,侧向稳定性好等诸多优点,而传动系的设计在履带式联合收割机产品开发中占有重要地位。该文基于知识工程技术,提出了适用于履带式联合收割机传动系设计的知识获取与分类方法,将传动系设计知识分为公式类、参数类、选型类、表格类和图形类。根据传动系设计知识具有因果关系明确、结构鲜明等特点,采用产生式和框架式知识表示方法分别对设计知识进行了表示。依据知识的分类,提出了设计知识的存储方式。在此基础上,构建了履带式联合收割机传动系设计知识库,并基于VisualStudio2008平台开发了知识库管理系统。应用所开发的知识库,设计开发人员可以快速地设计出履带式联合收割机新产品的原型,缩短设计周期,节约设计成本,提高设计效率。
Crawler combine harvester has many advantages,such as good terrain ability,superior adaptability over soft and moist operating environments,and well lateral stability.During the development of crawler combine harvester,as its main component,the design on transmission system is very important.Firstly,based on knowledge engineering,a suitable method for acquiring and classifying design knowledge of transmission system in crawler combine harvester was put forward.Secondly,according to the characteristics of design knowledge for transmission system,it was expressed applying generative knowledge representation and frame knowledge representation respectively.Thirdly,design knowledge was classified by formula type,parameters type,selection type,table type and diagram type.Following the classification of the knowledge,a storage method for knowledge was put forward.And then,design knowledge base of transmission system in crawler combine harvester was established,and knowledge management system was developed by Visual Studio 2008 platform.Applying designed knowledge base,design and development staff could design a new type transmission system of crawler combine harvester rapidly,shorten design time,cut design cost,and improve design efficiency.
