球形电极条件下低碳钢电阻点焊的预压接触分析

Analysis of Pre-Pressing Contact of Low Carbon Steel Resistance Spot Welding under Spherical Electrode Condition

摘要 利用有限元软件建立了球形电极条件下低碳钢电阻点焊的预压接触有限元分析模型,分析了电极-工件间、工件-工件间接触行为,解释了接触压力分布的形成原因。通过数值模拟发现,电极压力和电极球面半径是影响电极-工件间接触面大小的主要因素;电极压力、电极球面半径和板厚对工件间接触面的大小和两接触面上的接触压力分布形态都有较大影响。压痕试验结果表明,所建低碳钢球形电极点焊预压接触分析有限元模型是正确的。 The finite element analysis model of pre-pressing contact of low carbon steel resistance spot welding un-der spherical electrode condition is created with the finite element software.The electrode-to-workpiece and workpiece-to-workpiece con tact behaviors are analyzed,and reasons for contact pressure distribution are explained.It is found by nu-merical simu la tion that electrode pressure and radius of the spherical electrode are the key factors influencing elec trode-to-workpiece con tact area;electrode pressure and radius of the spherical electrode and plate thickness have great effects on both workpiece -to -workpiece contact area and contact pressure distribution configuration between workpiece.It is shown by in den ta tion tests that the finite element analysis model of pre-pressing contact of low carbon steel spherical-electrode re sis tance spot weld ing is correct.
