摘要
本文依据稀土矿石粒度特征及其物理、化学性质,研究了矿粒群间各矿物可选性差异,应用粗细分选技术和物理选矿与化学选矿相结合的方法回收氟碳铈稀土矿。粗粒矿群中的氟碳铈稀土矿用重选方法回收,中粒矿群中的氟碳铈稀土矿用磁选方法回收,微细粒矿群中的氟碳铈稀土矿用浮选方法回收 ,此方法用于牦牛坪稀土矿的选矿可获得REO=62 --70%、稀土总回收率8 0—85%的优质稀土精矿。
Based on the physical and chemical properties and the difference of size, separation feasibility of bastnasite from its associated minerals was investigated. A jointed process was found to be desirable for achieving a better performance, i.e. using gravitational separation for the coarse fraction, magnetic separation for the medium-sized, and flotation for the fine. Industrial practice of this process at Maoniuping Rare Earth Mine demonstrated that a higher grade concentrate REO 62~70%)with a higher recovery rate(80~85%)could be obtained.
