摘要
游梁式抽油机的负荷具有周期变化的特性 ,电机具有恒转矩特性 ,由于二者不匹配导致了抽油机的工作效率低 ,功率因数小 ,电能损耗大。目前还没有理想的解决办法。笔者在“超越离合器”上设计了一套测速传感器和电压控制系统。“超越离合器”完全杜绝“倒发电”,因而提高了电机的效率和功率因数 ,在此基础上 ,利用电机轴转速与电压之间的优化关系 ,调节电机的输入电压 。
Low efficienc y,power factor and great energy loss cou ld appear as a result of the unmatching of the load and the motor of the beam pu mper,to which there is no perfect solution.A set of speed sens or and voltage controlling system is des igned on the overrun clutch to avoid th e phenomenon of the electric-motor-gener ate-electricities and improve the effi ciency and the power factor.Subsequently ,the input voltage could be changed to o ptimize the shaft speed for further deve lopment.
