摘要
施工现场的成本管理是工程项目现场管理的重要组成部分,加强成本管理可以提高施工企业的施工管理水平及企业在市场中的竞争力,文章对施工现场成本管理包含的内容及其相互关系做了简要阐述,提出了加强施工现场成本管理的措施与方法。
The construction field cost management is an important component of project's field management, strengthening cost management can increase construction management level of construction enterprises and the market competitive power of these enterprises. This paper briefly introduces the contents of construction field cost management and mutual relations among these contents, and puts forward some measures and methods for strengthening construction field cost management.
