摘要
锌基合金(ZA 22、ZA 27)可以挤压和轧制成形,但挤压成形塑性偏低。通过固溶处理后自然时效,能有效地提高合金的综合力学性能。在变形后直接人工时效,可有效提高合金的塑性。提供了实验结果,并对自然时效的机制进行了研究。
Zinc-based alloys (ZA22、ZA27) may be formed by rolling and extrusion but after-extrusion they are with lower plasticity. The results showed that natural ageing after solution heat treatment led to increase the comprehensive mechanical properties effectively. Moreover, the plsticity rose when the alloys were aged artificially and directly after extrusion. In this paper, the results of experiments were provided, the micro-mechanisms of natural ageing were studied.
