摘要
以黄芪甲甙为定量指标 ,研究黄芪的提取工艺。通过正交试验 ,用高效液相色谱法测黄芪甲甙含量进行优选。结果 :乙醇浓度、用量及提取时间对黄芪甲甙的提取均有影响。最佳提取工艺为 70 %乙醇常压回流提取 2次 ,第一次为药材量 1 0倍 ,回流 90 m in,第二次 8倍量 ,回流 6 0 m in;黄芪甲甙含量为 0 .0 95 %。
To study the extracting process of the active components of Astragalus P.E, the orthogonal assay was used for the dominant selection and astragalosides as quantitative standard for the content quantitation with HPLC determination. The result indicate that the concentration and quality of ethanol and time of extraction are the influent factors. The best process was set as follow: Astragalus P.E was refluxed 2 times with 70% alcohol in normal press, of which the quality of alcohol was 10 times of herbs at the first time, reflux for 90 min, and 8 times for 60 min at the second time. With the process established in the study, 0 095% astragalosides were extracted in the test.
