摘要
高校学生工作面临新的形势、新的问题、新的挑战和新的任务 ,必须适应新形势、迎接新挑战。本文从教育、管理、咨询、保障助学和评价激励等方面出发 ,构建起以服务为主的服务型学生工作管理体制 。
The university student administration is now facing new situation, new problems, new challenges and new tasks, so it must be adapted for the new situation and the new challenges. This article, starting from education, administration, consultation, grant-aided provision and evaluative encouragement, constructed the service-oriented student administrative working mechanism, and expressed some ideas on its functioning.
