摘要
高压加热器 (高加 )是给水回热系统的重要设备 ,其性能和运行的可靠性将直接影响机组的经济性和安全性。结合高加的结构和系统布置 ,介绍了高加本体、附件及系统的常见故障 ,总结了故障的危害性。从设计、制造、运行操作、检修维护等方面分析了故障产生的原因 。
High-pressure heater is an important equipment of the feed-water heat-regenerative cycle, its performance and reliability in operation have direct influence upon the economic aspect and security of the unit. Combined with the structure and system arragement of the said high-pressure heater, common faults of the heater proper, its accessories, and the system have been presented, summarizing the harmfulness of said faults. Causes leading to the said faults have been analyseed from aspects of design, manufacture, operational manipulation, as well as repair and maintenance etc., and preventive measures should be taken for some key causes having been given.
