摘要
介绍了哈尔滨钢管厂在研制A型精密椭圆焊接钢管过程中的材料选择、生产设备、工艺流程、孔型设计、过程质量控制等。所生产的产品经检测,其化学成分、力学性能、实测尺寸及形状公差以及无损检测等结果均满足ASME相关标准的要求,可以替代进口的同类产品。
Described here in the paper are the major aspects concerning R&D of the A-type precision oval welded steel tube by Harbin Steel Tube Plant,including selection of material,production equipment,manufacturing process flow,groove design and in-process quality control,etc.Having been capable of edging out the imported similar foreign product,the said tube has been proven through relevant operation to be up to applicable ASME specification in term of chemical composition,mechanical properties,measured dimensions as well as geometric tolerances.
