质子交换膜燃料电池关键材料的现状与展望 被引量:10

摘要 介绍了质子交换膜燃料电池的关键材料:电催化剂、电极、质子交换膜与双极板材料的基本原理以及国内外的最新发展状况;电催化剂的几种制备方法(胶体化学法、直接还原法、离子交换法);目前的各种电极制备工艺的特点。指出了未来电极制备的设计思想、发展方向和目前质子交换膜的不足,并介绍了在质子交换膜方面的降解机理的研究结果,就Nafion/PTFE膜、共混膜、PBI膜等方面的工作进行了评述,指出了近期与中长期质子交换膜的发展方向。在双极板材料方面,对模铸、膨胀石墨与金属双极板材料进行了对比剖析。预测了下一代燃料电池关键材料的发展方向。 The key materials of proton exchange membrane fuel cell, including electrocatalyst, electrode, proton exchange membrane (PEM) and bipolar plates are introduced. The basic fundamental and the stateofart of the key materials at home and abroad are described. The preparation methodes to electrocatalysts, such as colloid method, direct reduction method and ion exchange method, are also reviewed. Moreover, the characteristics of various electrode preparation methods are introduced. The new electrode design and promising manufacturing ways are indicated and the disadvantages of the present PEM are presented. The results of PEM degradation mechanism is given. The studies of Nafion/PTFE membrane, blending membrane and PBI membrane are reviewed. The development trends of the membrane in the medium and long terms are previewed. As for the bipolar plate material, the molding bipolar plates, swelling graphite bipolar plate and metallic bipolar plate are compared.
