摘要
根据过盈联接设计和可靠性优化的基本理论 ,以联接可靠度最高为目标 ,对滚子输送链联接牢固度的可靠性进行了优化分析 ,通过实例进行了设计验证。分析结果可为选择链节合理的过盈配合精度提供理论依据。
Reliability of fastness of joints in conveyor roller chains is optimized to obtain the maximum reliability according tobasic theories of interference fit joint design and reliability optimization.An optimization example is given.Such optimization results can provide a theoretical basis for selecting the rational interference fit precision.
